Feb-25 [E-Service] Personal (Paid) Subscription for RefWorks After Service Termination

Nagoya University’s institutional contract for the reference management tool RefWorks will end in March 2025. After April 2025, users will no longer be able to log in to RefWorks.

If you are currently using RefWorks, please export your saved data before the contract ends and either transfer it to another reference management tool or subscribe to a personal (paid) account using the link below.

[How to Export Data]

1. Sign in to RefWorks.

2. Select "All References" on the left side of the home screen.

3. From the "Share and export" tab at the top, select "Export references."

4. Select your desired export format and 'ID output' under 'Format,' then click 'Export.'

If you encounter any issues with the above method, please contact support via "Contact Support" in the "Help" menu located at the top right corner of the RefWorks screen.
