June-5 revised May-18 [Central library] 【Important】[For users registered in campus] Changes of " Special loans service in for Spring in 2020"(“Special loan service ended on May 29.”)
At the meeting of the Nagoya University Risk Management Task Force for New Coronavirus Infection (May-14), " Special loans service in for Spring in 2020" was changed as follows.
Depending on the social situation pertaining to New Coronavirus Infections, the following changes shall be made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
** As informed on the day when the change to Level 1 of “Entrance Restrictions for Students” of the Guidelines for Activities at Nagoya University During the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic published, Special loan service for Spring in 2020 has ended. ** <Added June 5>
- Due date
Previous: August 31, 2020 (Monday)
New: August 31, 2020 (Monday) However, if the " Entrance restrictions for students" of “Guidelines for Activities at Nagoya University During the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic” is changed to Level 1, the return due date shall be the day calculated based on the lending period specified by "Nagoya University Library Central Library Usage Rules" with that day as the lending date. (14 days for “Books for Undergraduates”, 56 days for “Books for Researchers”)

Previous: August 31, 2020 (Monday)
New: August 31, 2020 (Monday) However, if the "Entrance restrictions for students" of “Guidelines for Activities at Nagoya University During the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic” is changed to Level 1, 10 days later is designated as the expiration date.
- Circulation policies
The number of books for lending is changed to usual.
・Books for Undergraduates : 20→10.
・Books for Researchers : 40→20.
Books borrowed in excess of normal limits during the period of special treatment will not be required to be returned until the due date. However, those who have received rentals exceeding the normal upper limit cannot borrow new books unless they return the number of rentals to below the normal limit.
