Nov-11[Central Library] Notice of library system suspension due to replacement
The Nagoya University Library will replace the library system during the New Year holidays.
During the system replacement, services at the Central Library will be restricted.
The service restrictions and period are scheduled as follows.
1. Loan Return Renewal
Loan: Lending by handwritten application form at the counter during the following period, and the return date for all materials on Jan 16 (Thu).
Automatic lending machines are out of service.
Return: During the following period, all the books will be kept at the counter.

Automatic return machines cannot be used.

Renewal: During the following period, renewal is out of service. Once the return deadline has passed, it cannot be updated.
Before the return deadline, please renew it by avoiding the following period.

・ Dec 28 (Sat) 2:30 - January 6 (Mon) 8:30
[Period when renewal at the counter is out of service (planned)]
・ Dec 23 (Mon) 8:30 - Dec 26 (Thu) 10:00
・ Jan 5 (Sun) 8:45 -Jan 6 (Mon) 8:30
2. Ordering documents at Inter Library Loan(ILL)
ILL: During the following period, documents requests are out of service.

・ Dec 20 (Fri) 9:00 - Dec 26 (Thu) 10:00
・ Dec 28 (Sat) 2:30 - Jan 6 (Mon) 8:30
It may take longer to obtain documents than usual.
In case of obtaining documents in December, please apply by Dec 10 (Tue).
For applications over Dec 10, documents may be delivered at the beginning of the year of 2020.
Please make the applications as soon as possible.
3. Issuance of usage certificate
Regarding the issuance of the Central Library usage certificate, new issuance and renewal procedures may take longer than usual.
Please ask the counter for details.
