Apr.-9 [Economics Library] About measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 for the time being.(Opening time change)

Important Notice

For the time being from March 3,2020(Tuesday), the Economics Library will respond as follows to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.

1. Visitor's usage is restricted 

Visitor’s usage is restricted.  However, bibliographic services are provided through other university libraries and public libraries without visiting the Economics Library.

2. Change of NU member’s services
(1) Loan

No matter whether the loan is new or has already been borrowed, the return period remains unchanged. However, even if the return deadline is exceeded for the time being, including during this period, it will not be treated as “Delayed”.

(2) Return　

Please avoid visiting the library　only for return. You may return it by mail. If you return the product by mail, please pack it strictly and include the delivery record.　　　 　　　　

(3) Use of facilities

Although it is possible to use the reading seat and the database search terminal seat, it is recommended to sit away.　Please wear a mask and avoid using or staying for a long time.

(4)Opening　hours

Weekdays : 9:00～17:00

We do not open at night (Mon,Tues,Thur,17:00~21:00)for the time being.

(5) Other services　

Take advantage of online services you can use from home. Please refer to the following URL etc. to use from home.（Any current member of Nagoya University may use this service. It is not available to alumni or retirees. Members of Nagoya University consist of professors emeritus and current faculty and students.）
