As the EU Information Center, the Library of Economics hosts an annual panel exhibition. This year's theme is "The EU and Food Security: The Potential of Alternative Proteins".
With the current crisis in food security, this exhibit focuses on the potential of alternative proteins, such as insect diets and cultured meats, to change the way we eat.
A "book guide" for learning about the future of food will also be available.
